RegAlia Rocker Covers

Set up by Paul Yates as a spin off to the Gilbern Owners Club "Regalia" operation, following the decision to manufacture something more appropriate for the Ford "Essex" V6 engine than the sometimes rusty bits of tin, that adorn the original.

A fair amount of research and leg work identified the current supplier, who also supplies leaders in the field of historic motorsport restoration, and specialist V8 engine builders.

Following the success of the Gilbern badged covers, a run of "Scimitar" covers was supplied to a former GOC member and Reliant enthusiast, and now a further range has been added with "Essex" notation (see image on right).

Apart from the numerous classic Fords using this engine, there are a number of contempory sports cars using the Essex V6, namely Marcos, TVR & Trident, and other enquiries have come from owners of a 1950's Jeep and an AC Cobra replica.

Costs to include the fitting bolts and an machined alloy throttle kit can also be supplied for a small extra cost.
